Wahat Al Zaweya is a future residential city set to be equipped with modern amenities and facilities for upscale residential living. It is strategically located in the center of UAE which allows easy access to Dubai, Al Ain and Abu Dhabi.

The company has sold out the plots that have been launched during the past period of 5700 plots within phase I and 2, including 750 plots that have been offered as villas. The company has also launched villas in three phases, Ariaf villas, 350 villas with Nassaim and 200 villas in Wahat Living project. Prices in Ariaf started from 1.6 million AED, while in Nassaim it started from 1.88 million AED, and in Wahat Living from 2 million AED for small villas. The company is expected to start construction work for the first phase in the second half of this year, which is expected to be delivered after 36 months of signing contracts with buyers.
