After the successful Amaranta Townhouses launch, Dubai Properties (DP) is now releasing additional townhouses for the project’s next phase.
Formally launching on 26th September 2017 (Tuesday), DP will be opening sales for the new townhouses from 9:00 a.m. onwards at the Lagoons Sales Centre and Vision Tower Sales Centre.
Sales for these units will be on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
DP is offering only 5% down payment and 60% payment upon handover for these premier residences. There will also be a 2% DLD waiver on all sales, which is a limited period offer that cannot be clubbed with other sales offers.
Starting prices for Amaranta Townhouses are AED 1,148,000 for its 2-bedroom unit and AED 1,498,000 for its 4-bedroom unit.
