History

Shaikhani Group is a property developer established in 1978 and was previously known as the Memon Group of Companies. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, the company has achieved success by maintaining strong ties to its clients. It was in 2008 that the group announced its plan to invest AED 1-billion in freehold development projects in UAE. Since then, Shaikhani Group has upheld the quality of life by developing world-class properties, not only in the UAE. The company has established strong market presences different countries across Asia, Africa, Europe and the Middle East delivering over 30,000 units and counting. The developer has also maintained unwavering support to its chosen charitable institution under their banner, the Shaikhani Foundation (formerly called Rabia Charitable Foundation) which established schools, computer institutes, mosques and hospitals for the general public and for the homeless.

• Gardenia Residency

Gardenia Residency is a selection of apartments, lofts and podium townhouses in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC). The residences are inspired by Mediterranean designs blended with sophisticated finishes to offer utmost comfort and luxury. The homes feature studios, 1 and 2-bedroom apartments with gardens and retail spaces. The other phases of the project include Gardenia Residence III and Gardenia Residency IV, all located in the community of JVC.

• Champions Tower (SOLD OUT)

Champions Tower I is a selection of apartments located in Dubai Sports City. The G+14 mid-rise tower offers studio, one, two and three-bedroom residences equipped with swimming pool, spa and gymnasiums. Champions Tower has sold out its residences in 2017 which amounted to a total of AED 150 million ($40.8 million) worth of sales.
