Sheikh Hamdan emphasized that Emirati national identity is one of the foundational pillars of Emirati society and that the education of the Arabic language has to be consolidated from childhood. For this purpose, the "Dubai Education Strategy 2033" was adopted to create teaching Arabic and Islamic studies at private schools. Independent Legal Advisory: A New Employment Model for Emiratis
In a progressive step, the "Independent Legal Advisor" project was launched. This flexible model enables Emirati citizens to provide legal consulting services—particularly in fields like real estate and personal status—without needing a physical office. Applicant requirements include:- Minimum two years of legal work experience
- Completion of specialized training courses
- Passing an academic evaluation
- Participation in a one-year pilot under the supervision of Dubai’s Legal Affairs Department
