International City Phase 2

International City Phase 2 and 3 is a master development by Nakheel located in the Sector 60 Warsan 1 in the southwest corridor of Dubai. The premium site spans 731 hectares of land which is now undergoing development. The western boundary of the site is right next to Emirates Road, while its northern boundary is situated in front of Manama Road, separated by a DEWA high voltage power reservation corridor. As for International City Phase 2 and 3 eastern boundary, the frontage to Academic City is separated by an easement for the Dubai-Sharjah gas pipeline reservation. The Western boundary (Emirates Road), meanwhile, there is a narrow reservation dedicated for a jet fuel line.
