The metro first opened on September 9, 2009, at 9:09:09 PM, and<mark> the Blue Line is expected to open on September 9, 2029<\/mark>. The project&#8217;s timing lends it historical and symbolic significance.<\/p>\n<h2>Station Designed for 160,000 Passengers Per Day<\/h2>\n<p>Emaar Station can handle up to 160,000 passengers per day and has a total area of roughly 11,000 square meters. By 2040, the station is anticipated to handle over 70,000 passengers every day. It will also serve the more than 40,000 residents of the Dubai Creek Harbour area.<\/p>\n<h2>Commercial and Investment Possibilities in the Project<\/h2>\n<p>Emaar has acquired the station&#8217;s naming rights for a ten-year period, according to the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) of Dubai.
