The western boundary of the site is right next to Emirates Road, while its northern boundary is situated in front of Manama Road, separated by a DEWA high voltage power reservation corridor. As for International City Phase 2 and 3 eastern boundary, the frontage to Academic City is separated by an easement for the Dubai-Sharjah gas pipeline reservation.
