Reportage Properties, the leading real estate development company based in Abu Dhabi, revealed the “Al Raha Lofts” project that is located in the Al Raha Beach area in Abu Dhabi. This project will be handed over during the first quarter of next year.
The company put forward a year-end offer, which includes exemption from real estate services fees for a period of 10 years. The buyers can pay 10% as down payment, and 90% upon delivery of the project.
“Al Raha Lofts 1” will include about 178 housing units, while “Al Raha Lofts 2” will add 124 residential units in Al Raha Beach area.
Reportage is developing 10 projects that provide about 4,000 housing units in the most important investment zones in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
It is noteworthy that the project was completely sold with the exception of 19 units distributed between residential and commercial. They are included in the offer.
Islam Ahmed Suleiman, CEO of Reportage Properties, said that the company was keen on conducting the construction work on the project according to the specified schedule, despite the challenges associated with the spread of the new Corona virus “Covid 19”. So, the project is expected to be delivered on time.
He stressed that the progress of construction work on the company’s projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and the delivery of projects according to the specified time plans enhances investor’s confidence in the “reportage” projects and the real estate market as a whole. It supports the performance of the real estate sector in the UAE during these challenging situations.
The “Al Raha Lofts 1” project consists of two buildings with a height of 6 floors comprising studios, one, two, three, and four-bedroom units. Both buildings have wide views of the canal or the main street, and provide a lot of parking spaces for the owners of all apartments. The ground floor includes a landscaped recreation area with a swimming pool in addition to a gymnasium and a children’s playground. In addition, each apartment has a private terrace or balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. Also, a water channel will be running through the area.
